Hello, South Ogden Post-Acute in South Ogden, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing. This is a salaried position, and occasionally will require you to work outside of office hours. Also, in this role you may need to fill in when a floor nurse calls off.

Job Description:
Assist the Director of Nursing with:
- Active management of clinical systems
- Nursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring/firing
- Team building, morale building, motivating the clinical team to provide the finest patient care
- Assist with development/maintenance of nursing programs and activities
- Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.
- Any additional functions as directed by the DON

Requirements:
- Minimum associate degree. Bachelor's degree preferred
- RN or LPN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of successful nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility preferred
- Minimum two years' skilled nursing facility nursing experience required
- Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner
- Must speak and understand English
