Job description
We are looking for a Compassionate Home care giver and companion for our client in Kempton. Client is a 92 year male.
The job is to provide assistance in client's home in accordance with an established care plan. Client may needs someone to assist at night if need be. It's overnight from 10pm to 6am.
Schedule
Shift:Monday to Sunday 10:00pm to 6:00am
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Administer simple prescribed medications
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
Skills
- Proven working experience as home health aide
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Valid driver’s licence
- High school degree
