As a hospitality aide, you will observe care essential in today's world of health care, with knowledge and skills always in demand.:You will:
- Become acclimated to community care.
- Gain an understanding of certified nurse aide duties.
- Provide non-direct resident care (i.e., gather clothes/linens, make bends, etc.)
- Observe resident safety while dining
- Ensure individualized care plans are followed, provide care planning staff specific information, changes, and observations of the residents' needs and preferences.
- Protect the personal belongings of each resident and report missing items.
- Interact effectively and tactfully with others
- Have compassion and interest in working with the senior population
- Able to obtain BLS-CPR certification
- Plan to complete CNA certification
