Assistant Account Manager

This is a full-time in-person position.

We are a rapidly expanding digital media and advertising agency looking for a candidate for our Rockland, NY office.

Candidate shall possess some experience in a digital media, marketing or advertising agency environment. College graduate or work experience in this field required.

We are looking for a critical thinker, someone who is passionate, driven and coachable. No two days are alike in an agency setting. Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.

We will guide and teach you the intricacies of our agency's systems and procedures.

Primary responsibilities for this On Site Assistant Account Manager will be:

• Support and Preparation for Account Executives off-site and zoom client meetings
• Preparing and managing monthly client budgets
• Client contact
• Media contact
• Art Dept. contact
• Media buying
• Creative approval
• Monitoring and analysis of all Key Performance Indicators including website analytics
• Compilation of weekly / monthly / quarterly reports
• New business presentation preparation

Additional skills, abilities and requirements:

• Attention to detail / accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Time management skills
• Strong organizational, administrative and analytical practices
• Project Management

Salary dependent on previous experience with 6 month review.
