Role Summary

eClerx provides operational support to majority of world’s leading investment banks across all major asset classes on a global basis. In this capacity, eClerx plays an instrumental role carrying out all aspects of Asset Servicing.

We looking to fill an exciting and pivotal role as part of our Asset Servicing team. Located and embedded within one of our major strategic clients located in Salt Lake City, the primary responsibilities of this role include working with all key stakeholders by prioritizing outstanding claims, investigate discrepancies and facilitating settlement of open receivables. The position also offers further growth opportunities to play a similar role supporting other aspects of the asset servicing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project team tasked with resolving population of outstanding Asset Servicing claims
• Review and prioritize aged claims to develop plan to facilitate resolution
• Determine best approach to maximize effectiveness of project team
• Reconfirm and coordinate outreach to the appropriate counterparty and senior escalation contacts
• Investigate, resolve and enrich all outstanding claims related to any discrepancies or open items as necessary
• Facilitate communication with all internal stakeholders to ensure the entire asset servicing life cycle is processed properly
• Perform BAU process as required for high priority counterparties and meet required targets
• Act as liaison between project team and client stakeholders
• Identify and escalate issues to senior management and key escalation contacts
• Ensure KPIs, KRIs and SLAs are met and designed appropriately for the project
• Creating and providing management reports as needed

Eligibility Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Asset Servicing, Middle Office or Operations
• Extensive knowledge of equity, credit, interest rate, FX or commodity OTC derivative products
• Strong communication skills for interactions with clients and internal teams
• High attention to detail and proven familiarity with reporting, KRIs and other key operational controls
• Able to manage in fast paced environment with conflicting priorities
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
