Our Company stores are in need of an accomplished Area Manager who finds motivation in working for generous bonuses and who manage locations and find solutions that will improve their workspace. Tasks:

· Recruit, train, develop and supervise Store Managers

· Plan and set goals for the Market

· Oversee all area operations including inventory management

· Focus on in-store problem solving/process improvement

· Drive sales and marketing initiatives

· Participate in outside sales events and promotions

· Motivate and coach Store Managers and their Teams to get the most out of their performance

· Manage all aspects of sales, profitability, shrinkage, operations, safety, and human relations within the area.

· Generate weekly and monthly Report for Regional Manager

Work Schedule:

Full time, Monday-Sunday – Our store is open from 10am to 8pm and we are looking for applicants with flexible availability.
