Pinheads, a popular entertainment destination in Fishers, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Arcade Manager to oversee the daily operations of its arcade department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the arcade team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining the arcade machines, and overseeing the overall performance of the arcade department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the arcade department's daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensure that all arcade machines are in good working condition and regularly serviced and maintained.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the arcade department to ensure maximum profitability.
• Develop and implement arcade promotions and events to increase foot traffic and revenue.
• Maintain and manage the redemption center.
• Ensure that all arcade staff are properly trained and adhere to safety and security protocols.
• Work closely with other departments, such as food and beverage and bowling, to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and analyze reports on arcade department performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Minimum of three years of experience in managing management
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of arcade machines and experience in managing arcade operations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience. Pinheads offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on food, beverages, and activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
