AR/AP Specialist: $20-$23/hour
Job Summary:
Mercurys Coffee Co. is seeking an eager Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our evolving Financial Team. This role will manage daily accounting tasks, while assisting in the development of our accounting priorities.
Essential Job Duties:
- Full cycle AR/AP, including preparation of monthly invoices.
- Maintain financial document retention files.
- Assist Financial Team with monthly closing and forecasting.
- Validates financial transactions by auditing documents regularly.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
