EH Automotive Group is seeking a Service BDC Representative to receive all incoming service calls, schedule appointments for the Service Department, and make outbound calls to help increase business and establish relationships with the customers. Responsibilities - Service BDC Representative:

• Answer all service center calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Suggest services and advise of any current promotional products/services
• Advise customers on the routine care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
• Resolve customer complaints and questions
• Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

Qualifications/Requirements – Service BDC Representative:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and communication skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Great organizational skills
