Job Description:
We are looking for Call Center Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be computer literate, able to present our products and services, handle complaints and inquiries, and schedule appointments while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Ideal candidate will work well with others, and be punctual and motivated - This position's success depends on working together as a team!

This position offers an hourly rate of $15/hr and very generous commissions & bonuses paid out biweekly!

Must be able to work at least 1 weekend per week!

Responsibilities

• Set inbound and outbound appointments
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when scheduling appointments
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational meetings to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with computers! Minimum 50 WPM typing speed
• Previous experience in setting appointments is a plus
• Sales experience preferred
• Previous experience with Warm & Cold Calling is a big plus.
• Track record of over-achieving quotas
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree required
• Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus!

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
