Apartment Maintenance Service Tech III |CIRRUS - SEATTLE, WA

This site is a High-Rise luxury apartment community with 355 units on property.

Seeking a skilled apartment maintenance technician III. Similar duties to a maintenance supervisor. Must have at least 5 years high-rise apartment maintenance industry experience. Must have prior maintenance supervisor experience. Must have boiler license or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire date. Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.

Compensation range: $29 - $32per hour plus a quarterly bonus potential up to $400.

Schedule: Tues-Sat with ability to be in the on-call rotation for after hours emergencies.

Your Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with high-rise multifamily residential maintenance
• Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
• Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion
• Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
• Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas

Requirements:

• Site specific certifications such as:
• Boiler license or be willing to obtain within 6 months of start date.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotations
