Job description
Locally owned and operated property management company (Alvarado Management) seeks a professional, dependable, enthusiastic individual for our Apartment Manager position at San Pedro Village Apartments with at least 2-5 year’s experience to lead small staff and community. A gated community with 188 apartments and Awesome residents!
Reduced rent available with this position.
Must have excellent organizational skills, provide great customer service, and ability to multi-task. This individual must be self-directed, able to make decisions, and have the overall knowledge associated with property management. Computer skills are a must and familiarity with One Site software would be a plus. Definite knowledge of Fair Housing and the UORRA are required.
Excellent benefits package offered. Must have a valid NM Driver’s license. A background check is required.
