Looking for a full time apartment maintenance technician that takes pride in his work whethter it is preparing a vacant apartment for a new resident or repairing that kitchen sink faucet in a current resident's apartment. Must have basic knowledge regarding plumbing, electric, HVAC, elevators, painting, the perfect discription of a "jack of all trades' and hopefully a master of some.
