Title: Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Reports to: Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Overview

David Yurman is seeking a driven and passionate Analyst to join a growing team. This person will play a vital role in the planning and analysis for the operations and corporate departments. This individual will be preparing timely and thorough financial performance reports while also recommending strategies to help drive the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for operations and back-office departments

• Support Senior Manager with headcount and benefits analysis

• Act as a business partner to operations teams, providing support and analysis on on-going basis

• Organize and communicate data in a manner that conveys a concise and compelling concept

• Work with the FP&A team as they prepare budgets and forecasts with the Company – helping to drive value and promote financially viable decisions

• Serve as a utility player within the FP&A team

• Assist in preparation of presentations for Board of Directors & the Senior Executive team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required

• 2-3 years in finance and business analytics preferred; recent grads and December 2022 grads with finance internship experience will be considered

• Analytical approach to problem solving

• High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency with reporting & planning software beneficial (i.e. Business Objects, Adaptive Insights, IBM) a plus

• Must possess exception numerical and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently

• Excellent team player

The company offers competitive compensation, outstanding benefits and perks to eligible employees:

• The estimated pay range for this role is $70,000-$95,000. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and geographic location (for remote positions). The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
