The Wayfair Integrated Marketing team helps establish a deeper connection with our consumers by developing omni-channel campaigns and storytelling moments across the marketing flywheel.

This isn’t your traditional marketing role because we aren’t your traditional marketers. We own the strategy, P&L, measurement, and strategic roadmaps across all integrated marketing workstreams, from brand-building influencer campaigns to sponsored content campaigns to lower funnel affiliate efforts.

We use data to build algorithms and automated solutions to help each and every customer create spaces that are just right for them through the media, brands and influencers they trust the most.

As the Analyst, Content and Commerce for Wayfair and our Specialty Retail Brands (AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane & Perigold), you will serve as our team's data thermostat informing strategic decision making. You will be responsible for owning the analysis and recommendations that drive our earned, paid media, and affiliate strategies, as well as influencer relations. This includes the day-to-day management of the affiliate marketing channels, and development of strategic partnerships with external parties. In addition, you'll work cross-functionally with the Integrated and Brand Marketing teams to grow the channel.

This role is based in Boston, MA, and will be in-office Mondays-Thursdays and remote on Fridays.

What You'll Do

  • Identify trends based on internal and external data to surface new testing opportunities for the Content and Commerce team
  • Help advance our channel measurement road map by working with internal and external partners on performance tracking and reporting
  • Compile weekly and monthly campaign recap reports to share out with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Help advance the channel measurement roadmap by working with internal partners to optimize performance tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to execute the channel testing agenda, and to share promotional assets with key commerce partners
  • Assist in automating and streamlining existing channel processes
  • Act as cross-functional resource for the Influencer and Paid Media Partnership branch of the Content & Commerce team including cost management and dashboard creation

What You'll Need

  • 1- 2 years prior work experience in an analytic, business environment
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills: Excited about working with and synthesizing big data into actionable insights; comfortable using data software to conduct analyses and synthesize findings
  • Exceptional problem-solving and execution skills: Ability to make decisions, reprioritize tasks, and draw conclusions in the face of ambiguity
  • Strong business acumen: Ability to understand how various parts of the business interact
  • Strong consultative skills: Ability to work effectively and persuasively with a highly cross-functional group of business partners
  • “Get stuff done” attitude: Willingness to roll up your sleeves and engage with other analysts or managers, across multiple teams to accomplish what needs to be done in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Prior exposure to brand marketing functions, experience with analytical tools such as looker, Google big query, SQL server
