Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Summary/Overview:
Analyzing and assigning defect codes in order to provide data for the various wafer fab departments.
Specific Job Duties:
- Utilize SAS and Defect Control software to process production.
- Assign codes to defects found on wafers.
- Remote Operation of various SEM review tools.:
Shift: CWW, C-Shift.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year semiconductor experience preferred but not required.
- Wafer Fab experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and process complex information.
- Knowledge of MOS OI, Workplace and Sharepoint is a plus.
