This is a Full-Time Driver position with OMAP, LLC., It's a team-oriented business, partnered with Amazon to deliver packages.
We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who have the ability to pay attention to detail, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, adhere to road safety requirements and perform in a physically fast-paced environment! Driving experience is a plus but not required as we deliver in standard and CDV delivery vans. Benefits & Scheduling:

• $22.25(paid biweekly) Starting pay is 22.25/hr.

• 10 hour shifts are typical but it is a FT Hourly Position. Shift Available are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. starting time is at 6:45am (no other shift start time available)
• 4-day workweek (35-40 hours) is typical for full time associates
• Expect daytime shift with potential to work extra shift days if needed
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute lunch break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies. Drivers are monitored while on road and held to safety expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions.
• Keep pace in very physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations. (Route typically consists of 100-350 packages)
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smart phone device provided while working for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old
• Must hold a Current Driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation to team offsite
• Must be able to lift and move packages of 50lbs
• Must be able to use GPS and device/app technology proficiently
• Must be available to work at least 1 weekend day
