SUMMER STAFF POSITIONS

Allaso Ranch is looking for people who are fun, energetic and excited about serving the next generation. If you are someone who possesses leadership skills and is willing to set aside three months of your life for Christ, you will find a challenging and life-changing mission field right here at Allaso Ranch. TEAM LEAD POSITIONS

Allaso Ranch is looking for men and women with great leadership skills who have a calling to be servant leaders on our team. These Team Lead positions will give you opportunities to lead summer staff, students and volunteers daily in numerous tasks throughout the summer. These team leads will report to Allaso Ranch’s full time staff daily and operate in important roles during the summer. Applicants must be a student currently attending a college or university.

PROGRAMS CREW

Allaso Ranch has a variety of roles that facilitate different aspects of the overall program, including lifeguards, wranglers, ropes course, tech/media, retail and more. A great attitude is required as you serve and influence campers in your specialized area.

PART-TIME ACTIVITY FACILITATORS

PART-TIME DINING SERVICES

Allaso Ranch is currently seeking part-time dining services staff for weekends and occasional mid-week retreats. No experience is necessary, just a heart to serve behind the culinary scenes to help create excellent dining experiences! Hours may vary. This is a very flexible work schedule that is perfect for college and high school students!

ALLASO RANCH RETREAT CENTER SPECIALIST INTERNSHIP

The Allaso Ranch Camp and Retreat Center Internship Program is designed to equip young adults with a deeper understanding of Christ-centered leadership. This is done through the development of professional skills, ministry preparedness, and spiritual development. This position leads through behind-the-scenes work and through up-front leadership opportunities. This is a mentoring relationship working alongside the Camp Director and the Conference Center and Programs Manager.

This program is exclusive to those who have displayed excellent interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills. You will serve as a Conference Center Specialist through the retreat season and operate as Summer Camp Leadership during the summer camp months. This team assists in the day to day activities of Allaso Ranch and as programming staff on weekends and summer months. They must have the capacity to serve the ministry of Fellowship Church at Allaso Ranch and be active in the local community. This is a one year commitment, living in East Texas, monthly stipend and lodging is provided.

It is expected that those interested in this position at Allaso Ranch will have prior experience serving at Allaso Ranch Summer Camp and Retreat Center. They must have a willing desire to be a growing disciple of Christ and a member of Fellowship Church.
