We are looking for a coordinating lead who can lead the organizational efforts of keeping a portfolio of short-term rental (primarily Air BnB) properties in good shape.

Expected Job Duties:

Job duties will vary substantially but include...

-Checking, auditing, and re-stocking consumable supplies inventory

-Regularly checking after different cleanings to ensure quality control

-Coordinating runners, and running supplies

-Performing quarterly inspections to identify larger maintenance needs

-Supporting and leading onboarding of new properties via our established process

-Checking on properties when major urgent issues come up

-Identifying damages, and repairs post challenging stays (parties, guests who cause property damage)

-Reporting photos, information, and data back to the remote digital management team

-Communicating every morning with the remote digital management team regarding issues they have discovered

-Communicating with property owners about larger fixes and coordinating the maintenance of those fixes to make sure the projects are properly completed

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
