Responsibilities:

  • Agile Scrum Master to assist our project managers in developing and maintaining the story cards, along with providing guidance for Project Managers that are learning the agile methodology.
  • Manage multiple workstreams / scrum teams due to a larger project portfolio in CTB than normally being managed.
  • This Agile Project Manager would be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Agile project teams.
  • Working with a goal to achieve a high level of performance, quality, and deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
  • Playing a critical role to put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools, to improve team efficiency and effectiveness, coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team.
  • Above all driving and ensuring the team delivers the projects successfully.

Risk Management:

  • Ensures and coaches team for adherence to all government, corporate and department standards, policies and procedures in all technical artifacts, tasks and decisions across the technical team.
  • Works to ensure all artifacts adhere to all standards, policies and procedures.
  • Proactively manages project risks and risk mitigation plans.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED 8 years of Technology experience 5 years of Agile Scrum Master experience including managing medium/large projects with cross functional teams 3 years of experience effectively executing concurrent IT / Cyber projects of varying size, cost, technologies, complexity and risk
