1 About the Program
MSC continues to invest and lead the world container market with ships, an extensive container fleet, intermodal and dedicated staff for its customers. The Company’s evolution to its leading brand needs consistency to market, and therefore it is paramount to standardise data, processes, and information management.

MSC has decided to launch The OneVision Program, a commitment led by MSC Geneva, to review their operation and information systems from a central point. Adding or modifying key concepts, technical components and functionalities will allow this Solution to become the unique operational system for the MSC Group.

2 The Role
Within the agile community organization you will share your great proven Agile Coach experience backed by a strong development and technical background and work with other agile coaches, product owners and scrum masters to support teams located in Switzerland, India, USA and Italy with the goal of facilitating, improving and promoting an efficient agile adoption that brings early working software and generates value.

You will be, along with the other members of the agile community, in charge of the agile adoption of MSC IT staff.

3 Key Responsibilities 3.1 Agile coaching
§ Coach agile teams to adopt an agile mindset: values and principles, collaboration, thirst for knowledge, positive attitude, continuous improvement, value-driven development, etc.

§ Coach agile teams to become high performant teams

§ Support PMO & program management to use the required agile technics to plan and follow-up project and the program

§ Support agile teams to adopt agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean software development, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe

§ Support agile teams to adopt agile best practices such as user story mapping, lean UX, TDD, BDD, etc.

§ Support development teams to adopt DevOps mindset and best practices

§ Coach managers to act as servant-leaders
3.2 Agile training
§ Organize and lead Agile training sessions to newcomers

§ Organize training using agile serious games, liberating structures and other similar technics

§ Organize ad-hoc agile trainings based on needs

6 Qualifications and Experience
(P) = Preferred, (R) = Required

General: - Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks (R)

- Knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, SAFe) (R)

- Knowledge of other Agile methods (Lean, XP, DAD, ...) (P)

- At least 2 year of agile coaching experience (R)

- At least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master (R)

- At least one agile certification (P)

- DevOps (P)

- At least 10 years of experience in IT projects (P)

- Experience in large projects including offshore (P)

- Knowledge in shipping/transport industry (P)

Technical: - Experience as a software developer with a strong
technical background (P)

- TDD, BDD, Unit testing and other Agile technics (R)

- Microsoft Azure DevOps (P)

Other: - Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) (R)

- Capacity to work in a multicultural environment (R)

- Passionate about agile and willing to learn (R)
