Requirements:-
▶ Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Weehawken, NJ -- Only Seeking LOCAL candidates (Weehawken, NJ)
▶ Work Location – Weehawken, NJ (Onsite - NO EXCEPTIONS)
Skills/Experience Requirements:-
- Must have at least 1 coaching certification – SAFE SPCT, Agile Coach, etc.
- Should have played the role of pure Agile Coach (NOT Scrum Master/PM/BA)
- Expert in Agile Coaching, teaching, and mentoring product teams and leadership on Lean, Agile, and Scrum/Kanban
- Mentoring & supporting teams through complex situations, including encouraging healthy conflict
- Experience with innovative product coaching including design thinking principles, product journey mapping, problem statement development, prototyping, and visioning
- 5+ years of prior experience as an Agile Coach
- Experience implementing Agile in different cultures and environments
- Experience with Lean
