Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group, a partner with JPS Health Network is seeking a motivated and ambitious Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Endocrinology team. As the county hospital system, JPS has been serving the residents of Tarrant County for over 100 years. This is a wonderful opportunity for innovative and passionate individuals to treat complex medical issues to those patients that need it most.

Inpatient

Endocrinology Team:
5 Endocrinologists
2 APPs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be comfortable working in a large public/county facility
Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge in area assigned, and competency in assessment techniques, diagnosis and treatment processes that apply to the assigned medical specialty area
Must have good interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills
Orders, collects, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and health care needs
Formulates and implements comprehensive outcomes-based patient treatment plans based on patient assessments, evidence-based medicine, standards of care, professional practice guidelines in collaboration with physicians when appropriate
Initiates timely consultation and referrals
Performs invasive procedures specific to scope of practice and competency of the provider as delegated by supervising Physician.
Must be able to demonstrate patient centered/patient valued behavior

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience
Degree in PA studies, AGACNP, or ANP from an accredited program
Licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times
Master's degree Physician Assistant preferred
1 Year experience preferred

Required Licensures/Certification
Physician Assistant Board Certification and Experience
Texas Medical License
