Job Responsibilities
- Present skill summary and measurable goals for IHP
- Monitor progess of goals and update data when needed
- Plan community outings following proper procedures
- IDT as necessary
- Lift up to 50 pounds independently, assist in 2 man lifts
- Assist residents in personal care and in daily activities as needed.
- Attend all required HCS orientation and inservices
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Special Education or related field preferred
- Must read, write and speak English
- Valid NJ drivers' license in good standing (no probationary licenses).
- Must meet background check requirements
- Experience in adult training center, or one year in RAVE will be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum of two or more years working with individuals with developmental disabilities

- 8 hour shift
