Position Overview
This position is responsible for a variety of administrative activities for Real Estate Operations with over 500 locations. This role ensures accurate and timely application of payments, communicating with various internal/external contacts, as well as adherence to any regulatory/compliance obligations.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures accurate and timely application of payments
Research unidentified payments
Reverse/Apply any misapplied payments
Review and distribute correspondence
Create Journal Entries to move funds between accounts
Track and upload Tenant Sales Reports
Track and upload Tenant Certificate of Liability Insurance
Understands and adheres to compliance and regulatory guidelines when applicable
Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-3 years Office Experience Must be detail oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and balance large workload to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
Ability to read and interpret legal documents (leases/default notices/other)
