The Administrator is responsible for assuring compliance to government regulations, and Compass Senior Living policies and procedures. Elder's family, and team members satisfaction is key in maintaining extraordinary standards of service, quality, and maximum occupancy while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals within the established budgetary guidelines.

Experience• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in related field preferred• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly• Must have a license in good standing if required by the State Licensing Authority or be willing to secure licensure within six months of employment• Must possess basic computer knowledge and ability to use specified programs• Experience with financial reporting, record keeping, and managing multiple budgets• Ability to communicate effectively with elders, families, team members, vendors and the general public in a positive manner• Must meet all health requirements as specified by state and/or federal regulations• Ability to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation• Must have a valid driver license and pass a criminal background checkBenefits• All positions offer: 401(k) retirement fund after 90 days of employment with employer match after one year• All positions offer: Time off programs based on hours worked that begin accruing immediately• Full-time positions offer: Medical, Dental, Vision and Voluntary Benefit options available after 30 days of employmentIf you are guided by goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun - and think you would be a good fit for our organization we would love to talk with you!
