Responsibilities:

● Staff is responsible for maintaining SUD reception area, welcome clients and visitors in person or via telephone.

● Scheduling and regulating client appointments for services.

● Notifies provider with treatment information appointments via phone from Assessment and Referral

● Maintain private health information records in Data Wits and Credible

● Create files for each client with treatment plan, diagnostic assessment, and other necessary information; and, provide to each counselor prior to the scheduled appointment.

● Responsible for maintaining confidentiality when interacting in the waiting room, and by securing all documentation (paper and electronic) properly.

● Document all no show, rescheduled and arrival appointments in EMR

● Document all billable and nonbillable services in Data Wits and Credible

● Advocate for clients and client needs (internal and external)

● Maintain quality and timely documentation

● Collect Weekly Urinalysis for consumers in IOP

Provides Intake Coordination for the SUD Intake and Assessment process as follows:

● Responsible for reviewing and completing all intake documentation with the client

● Coordinate with the Program Director and other SUD Staff throughout the intake process

● Provide ongoing support services and resources to clients as needed

● Provides client with initial Intake forms, reviews/obtains information and electronic signatures for required forms

● Assists and Schedules initial Intake Appointments/AR appointments, etc.

● Conduct follow-up services with the client to ensure continuity of services

● Provide resources to Clients and other MBI staff, CSW, OES, etc.

● Uphold ethical standards and responsibilities for consumers and staff

● Report all incidents to QI

● Maintains HIPAA compliance with Client Records

● Acts as an Ambassador of MBI in the community

● Attend all company-required trainings

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Some college preferred

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Excellent time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
