Supporting a very busy producer/creative writer, this is a part time (25-30 hours/week - flex schedule) in the WLA area. The ideal individual will have at least a BS/BA in a related business filed, be extremely tech savvy, have a solid understanding of researching tools, and basically have the ability to wear multiple hats from administrative, executive assistant, production assistant, personal assistant, researcher and more ......................This individual needs someone to be their right hand 'brain' (very intellectual), anticipate what is needed, be able to research different topics, research new technology and make contacts, be ok with a dog in their house (home office), picking up dry cleaning, making travel arrangements, potential travel as well, someone with a strong personality to deal with a variety of personalities and keep composed. Administrative duties, cataloging videos, writings and much much more.
Can you do it all? This is full time (part time) - 25-30 hours/week, can be some travel, some weeks more hours than others, however a great working environment and individual to work for. This is an ASAP hire - ideally starting before the holidays, no later than oafter 1/2/2023.
