Swift Services is a local Flooring and Pest Control Company looking to fill a FT Administrative Assistant position on our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be professional and organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

· 1 year of administrative experience required

· Ability to prioritize and organize schedules for all technicians

· High degree of communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage multiple high-volume phone lines while displaying professionalism

· Strong customer service skills

· Displays a sense of urgency while maintaining a detail-oriented attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong data entry skills

· Experience with invoicing duties

· Experience with billing and collection duties including contacting clients

· Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and basic accounting skills is a plus

· Experience with all routine office duties
