This two-year Administrative Fellowship program is designed to strengthen Seventh-day Adventist post graduate students base level/entry level knowledge of academic healthcare institutions and equip them with the skills necessary for leadership positions in health care or the education industry. The Administrative Fellowship program provides experience on high level projects in key departments around the LLUH entities. Performs other duties as needed.

This Administrative Fellowship is for Operations for our hospital systems. You will be doing rotations for Loma Linda University Health Troesh Medical Center, Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, and Loma Linda University Health Murrieta.


Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health or related field, completed by start date of program required. Minimum one year of leadership experience preferred. Minimum two years of work experience preferred. Member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church required.
