Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a part time Administative Coordinator

This position will assist in the day to day operations of the our corporate office.

The Administrative Coordinator must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be able to maintain a positive working environment at all times and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Monday through Friday schedule working 10:00am to 4:00pm

Requirements and qualifications;

• Recruiting and hiring new employees
• Assist with the facilitation of employee on-boarding (process background checks, collect paperwork)
• Ability to work autonomously and multi-task
• Assist in preparing Payroll and Billing
• Manage and order all approved office supplies.
• Attend any scheduled office meetings
• Must have adequate typing experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Update job descriptions for accuracy, equity and compliance
• Successful candidates must possess strong communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong organizational skills, including detail orientation with strong follow up and follow-through skills
• Minimal Experience Required
• Able to sit for long periods of time, lift up to 15 lbs, and move in positions required in performing office work
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Bi-weekley pay
• Holiday, vacation and sick days provided

Hours of office operations Monday - Friday 10am till 4pm

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
