The Administrative Coordinator performs various clerical functions including handling all mail duties, typing, data entry, scanning, and copying, and may support the receptionist or other personnel.

This part-time position is for Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, for 12 hours per week.

Salary Range: $20.00 Per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles all aspects of mail for the Agency
  • Types correspondence, files records and performs other clerical tasks as directed.
  • Uses a desktop or laptop computer to create Word documents, spreadsheets, presentations, or other Microsoft Office files as directed.
  • Schedules activities and makes associated announcements. Leads event planning efforts as directed. This includes meetings, networking events, and annual company-wide or regional meetings.
  • Serves as the Receptionist when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous related administrative working experience preferred.
  • Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
