About This Position:
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Respond to customer telephone calls & email inquiries regarding our services and product shipment.
- Interact with FedEx, UPS, and USPS delivery personnel, and deliver packages to appropriate staff
- Box players/tablets for shipment.
- Perform warranty checks on returned equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by company management.

- Able to follow instructions and assist with all department activities.
