Ontarget Systems (OTS) is searching for an experienced, and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The position will work directly with OTS managers and will be responsible for performing a number of duties to include but are not limited to: utilizing database systems, tracking and processing vendor account information, communicating with clients and third tier customers in the building industry. Accounting, technical writing and a basic understanding of human resource responsibilities is an asset along with being highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.'
