Pinnacle Health and Rehab at North Berwick is looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication. Candidate will have experience with mid to large volumn of payroll processing as well as HR experience. Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive, while also being accurate, organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Payroll (1 year experience perfered)

Workman’s Comp Incidents

Ordering supplies

Mail

New Hire Paperwork and orientation

Organizing and scheduling Meetings

Working with insurance companies

Employee Benefits

Filing

Preparing and sending letters, reports, memos and emails

Assisting with additional office tasks as needed

Requirements for the position:

Prior administrative/HR experience

Excellent computer skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Excellent organizational skills and time management

Must be adaptable and flexible

Positive and upbeat attitude

Pay will be based on experience.
