The Administrative Assistant will complete a variety of general office, technical support, and administrative functions to keep the office running smoothly, projects moving forward, and corporate records in good order.

Essential Functions-What You Will Do

  • Support office purchasing, mail, deliveries, and other front-office responsibilities.
  • Welcome visitors and assist with client meetings and related events.
  • Assist team members with report production and preparation of other client deliverables.
  • Make arrangements for employee travel, events, training, and certifications.
  • Maintain lists and records to support corporate record keeping functions.
  • Complete other general office tasks to promote a fun, productive, and safe work environment

Competencies-What We Are Looking For

  • Two to five years’ relevant experience in a professional office setting.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of software; aptitude to learn new software and functions.
  • Collaborative, helpful, and team-oriented style that embraces the interests of the greater good.
  • Resourceful and upbeat, someone who sees the power in promoting a good vibe.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills combined with the flexibility to work with shifting priorities.
  • Great communication skills – listening, clarifying, responding, updating, and following through.

Position Type-What You Should Know

  • Part-time position.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 25 – 35 hours with flexible daily schedule.
  • Located in Central, NH.
  • Some local travel may be required.
