This position will have an active role in creating and maintaining standard documentation for pre-award and post-award research activites working with Resarch Management Services and our post-award analysts. This position will create and maintain a repository of standard documents such as biosketches, other support, facilities and resources, as well as managing timelines for non-financial post-award reporting and closeout. This role will maintain and continuously update the contents of the research intranet website as provided by the administrative units. Additionally, this position will support the Research Committee and RPMO efforts by maintaining the agendas, meeting notes, and timelines action items. Other duties such as space coordination, event logistics and calendar maintenance, conference room scheduling, and providing administrative back-up will be assigned as needed.

UCSF's Temporary Employment Program (TEP) recruits and hires temporary employees for immediate clerical and technical support services to UCSF Departments and various off-campus locations. UCSF departments deploy temporary employees to work on special projects, fill in for regular employees who are on vacation or leave, or to temporarily fill a vacant position during recruitment.
