We currently have a career opportunity available for an experienced Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,

· Provide administrative support for the Human Resource Department, including computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones, printing reports, maintain employee files and departmental records/logs

· Assist in employee relations and communication programs, and projects

· Work closely with all employees and managers to assist in basic HR related issues

· Onboarding of all new hires, including processing appropriate documentation, creating employee files in ADP, issuing uniform/locker and introduction of new employee to co-workers

· Assist in facilitating New Hire Orientation class including touring new employees throughout the hotel

· Track employee eligibility for enrollment in group health plans

· Maintain confidentiality of all employee personal information and files

Requirements:

· Must be computer literate; HRIS experience required (ADP preferred)

· Must be extremely organized

· Must have great follow-up skills

· Must have great interpersonal skills

· Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required

· In order to be considered for this position you must have prior Human Resources Office experience

Hotel experience preferred, but not required.
