Founded in 2006, Tony Odisho Extensions is a hair extensions distribution company based in Chicago. We provide four unique methods of extensions, hair care products and tools to salons across the United States, from Beverly Hills to New York City and Chicago to Miami. Tony Odisho empowers salon owners and stylists to perfect their craft, scale their business, and provide the highest quality of service and experience to their customers, both in salon and at home.

Our team is looking to hire a creative, hard-working Administrative Assistant who can juggle multiple tasks in an office setting. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a team and be able to think outside of the box while staying organized. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for keeping track of various projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to phone calls, voicemails, and emails
• Exhibiting excellent customer service skills
• Scheduling (via Google Calendar)
• Make follow up calls to clientele
• Running reports and analyzing purchases history
• Handle data entry.
• Utilize Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
• Proficent with computers and Microsoft programs
• Assisting with orders and purchases
• Instagram and Canva knowledge (prefered)
• Other adminastrative tasks as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
