Immediate need for a Part Time Administrative Assistant for Construction Management office in Yaphank. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organization with excellent communication, people, and computer skills. Must be able to handle diversified duties and multiple tasks in a high-pressure, deadline driven environment. Must be able to work independently, diversified and coordinate business activities within department.

Work schedule is three (3) days per week, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities:

· Receive all incoming phone calls. Provide callers with information

· Receive general emails. Reply with information, and/or route emails to appropriate personnel.

· Receive deliveries and incoming mail.

. Order office supplies

· Type correspondence, envelopes and memos.

· Maintain filing system. File copies of all correspondence and documents in proper binders and file.

· Handle punch list, work orders, accounts payable, payroll, and monthly billing

· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for Management

· Complete all duties requested.

· Back up Customer Service Dept when needed.

· COVID19 health screening administration

Job requires some traveling. Must have a reliable car.

Experience in construction environment and familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and Mark System a plus.

Qualifications:

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Excellent organizational, prioritization and analytical skills

· Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
