Review of main duties and responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

· Match packing slips with vouchers and credit card statements

· Enter vouchers with accurate job names, departments, amount

· Verify vendor statements and attach corresponding bills

· Provide manager with bills to pay based upon due dates

Accounts Receivable:

· Create detailed invoice with accurate data entry and pulling over supporting vendor costs

· Enter payments using dates that reflect when activity occurred

· Process customer credit card payments

· Mail past due statements as requested

Service Aspects:

· Assist in answering phone calls and provide superior customer service

· Assist with efficiently scheduling service calls and dispatching technicians

· When dispatching maintain the service schedule by recording the service calls with correct billing information, work requested and time range given; verify information with service technician when calls in

Administrative duties:

· Filing of invoices and vendor bills

· Type proposals and correspondence as requested

· Assist co-workers with other assignments on an as needed basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
