We are a financial planning firm looking to fill an open support position in our Morristown, NJ office. We are a Platinum Producer Group that operates under the EQUITABLE ADVISORS broker dealer. We are looking for someone who has energy, organization skills, comfortable with web based computer programs, and a desire to grow with us as our practice continues to expand.

This is an in office position. This is not a sales position but a support position for someone who may or may not desire to grow into an advisor. The primary role will be supporting multiple financial professionals of the firm.

This is a full time position salary is negotiable but looking for entry level salary with opportunity for dramatic growth based on contribution to the team. This position includes, but is not limited to, assisting multiple financial professionals with data input, phone work with clients, prepping meetings, extensive web based computer work, and processing new business.

College Degree preferred

Confidence in ability to use multiple web based computer programs
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
Desire to work as a team player
Positive attitude
