Resurrection-St. Paul School, located in Ellicott City, Maryland provides a Catholic education through excellent academic and extracurricular programs that promote leadership, achievement, and service within the church and community. Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures front door/visitor/vendor security protocols are followed
- Oversees the VIRTUS program for the school
- Interfaces with vendors
- Answers phone calls, takes messages and transfers calls
- Oversees both supply cabinets and coffee supplies and orders accordingly
- Supports the business manager with segregation of duties compliance
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school degree required
- Must have a positive demeanor in welcoming and working with both students and adults
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of: Microsoft Word and Google Suite
