Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

• Review client accounts and contracts to create renewal invoices for existing customers
• Send invoices to clients upon renewal
• Follow up with past due invoices via email and phone calls to customers; reach out to account managers to advise on next steps when clients are not responsive
• Answer phone calls related to billing and being able to speak invoice charges
• Provide customers with account information for payments as requested

Customer Support

• Provide first level customer support by answering client phone calls and emails. Assist clients with general support questions and elevate issues to the appropriate party as necessary. Serve as live, online chat support

Office Support

• Restock employee kitchen as needed, including ordering of paper goods, coffee, etc.
• Serve as point of contact for office cleaning crew

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Customer support experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Township of Brick, NJ 08723: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounts Receivables/Collections: 1 year (Preferred)
