Job description
We are currently searching for an Admisistrative Assistant to work on the Eastbank of Jefferson Parish. Ideal candidate will be mature, reliable, friendly, on time, and possess good customer service skills.
This will be a temp to hire position and will pay $18 per hour. Hours are M-F/8am-5pm with some overtime available. Benefits are offered upon hire!

Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service/solutions focus mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- 3+ years working in an office setting preforming clerical functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- answer the phone
- provide excellent customer service
- respond to email inquiries
- work with scheduling service technicians
- data entry of service requests and calls
- maintain customer accounts.
