Ralph L Wadsworth is looking for an Administrative Assistant to start in SLC,UT ASAP
This position requires knowledge of all Microsoft office works plus experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
Work schedule is 7am to 5pm
This is not a hybrid or WFH position.
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Pay for this position is DOE starting at $22.00 an hour and going up
What will you do?
· Assist in public relations, claims, subcontractor back charges, and force account work
· Assisting in ensuring project’s contractor performance rating above 90 percent
· Processing all documents required to start-up project as outlined in project checklist.
· Sub Contractor Coordination
· Update and maintain C.P.M. under direction of P.M.
· Monthly schedule distribution to field and subcontractors.
· Generate two week look ahead schedule and distribute.
· Schedule survey and inspections for field operations.
· Tracking quantities to ensure accurate payment by Owner.
· Managing Blue Stakes.
· Reviewing budgets and adjust job costing.
· Managing change order correspondence and tracking
· Assists and Ensures timely and accurate Project close outs
· Scheduling
What we would like to see:
- 2- 3 Years running account payables/ or Administrative Assistant experience
- Experience running cost accounting systems
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Microsoft Access
