Job description
We are looking for a new team member join our patient-centered dental office. We are a small family practice that prizes patient satisfaction, teamwork and improving the health of our community.
Responsibilities would involve working with patients and insurances through phone, email, text, and other platforms. You will also verifying dental benefits and discuss treatment plans with patients. Scheduling and monitoring patients to help them reach their health goals. Various other duties as needed.
Applicants with be interacting with patients all day, so we anticipate someone who is friendly, good with people, ethical and a good team player.
Bilingual (english/spanish) preferred
Dental office experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

We are a healthcare facility, so you will need to learn strict infection control practices and regularly wear a mask for your and our patient's safety.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
