Optim Medical Center - Tattnall is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our Reidsville location.
Job Requirements:
- Monitors the current status of the work for supervisor.
- Maintains supervisor's travel arrangements and appointment calendar. Arranges appointments, meetings, and conferences. Contacts the appropriate persons for appointments or to attend meetings.
- Attends meetings or conferences as assigned and prepares reports on major points and actions resolved or to be taken.
- Handles a variety of highly confidential matters involving contact with various staff, board members, medical committees, government agencies, and the public and handles confidential matters in accordance with clinic rules and procedures.
- Composes correspondence and disseminates to appropriate individuals. Answers phones and door.
- Completes a variety of Infection Prevention, Risk, Quality and Employee monthly reports and assists with data entry in a timely fashion.
- Assists in administering Vaccines, Tuberculin Skin Tests, and data entry, reporting and tracking of vaccines.
- Scheduling and complete Health Assessments for new hires and annually.
- Other duties as assigned.
