Numa Management is looking to fill an Executive Secretary position in Valatie. This will be a 3-month temporary assignment.

Job Summary:

• Data Entry
• Operate various communication systems including phone and computers
• Assist in gathering or compiling data for reports, graphs, charts, tables or other products
• Prepare routine reports or assist others in the preperation of reports, following established guidelines Type, proofread, review and correct correspondence, documents, records and other written material
• Assist in monthly TABS billing as needed
• Receive, screen, review and verify forms, applications, claims, and other documents for accuracy, content and completeness
• Transcribe handwritten material Schedule meetings, using various office tools As needed and directed, contact various internal and external parties to obtain information
• Mail
• May operate a motor vehicle to pick up and deliver mail
• Answering phones
• Assisting customers
• Completing forms
• Basic Office machinery maintenance (clear paper jams, replace toner and keep equipment clean)
• Assist in the closing and securement of the office at closing time.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
