Job description

Role Statement: To assist with general office duties and coordinate tele-therapy sessions. The position is designed to help optimize productivity, while fulfilling the job duties below.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Essential Functioning-Responsibilities

  • *Attend monthly office meetings and yearly trainings
  • *Communicate professionally with employees, clients, and the community
  • *Maintain HIPAA and all ethical confidentiality standards
  • Maintain high level of communication with families/clients/therapists
  • Work with the therapists and clients to schedule initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing therapy sessions.
  • Arrive 20 minutes ahead of first client’s scheduled start time
  • All intake paperwork will be completed before client can be logged into computer
  • Greet clients and explain technology
  • Complete all needed paperwork (explaining to client, ensuring their understanding and completion, free of errors)
  • Scanning and uploading all paperwork for Therapists, BHIS Providers, and Office Manager (Includes intakes, releases of information, consent forms, medical documents, coordination of care forms, client specific plans, diagnostic results, and others as requested)
  • Keep intake paperwork printed and ready for use at all times
  • Prepare requested items/papers/activities for client as requested by therapist ahead of sessions
  • Log clients into and out of their computer based sessions to meet with therapist
  • Confirm any future appointments made or discuss with therapist plan for them moving forward
  • Turn computer equipment off at end of day
  • Complete office cleaning tasks as assigned by office manager
  • Manage office supply inventory so supplies can be ordered monthly
  • *Attend monthly office meetings
  • Take notes for monthly office meetings
  • Complete Client Satisfaction Surveys over the phone
  • Answer and return phone calls (includes answering general inquiries, completing new referrals, taking messages and handling other requests as needed)
  • Complete any referral forms for office manager
  • *This position gets an hourly wage as agreed upon at the time of hire
  • *Eligible for bringing in new referrals and earning referral bonuses
  • *Other duties as assigned by HR Director, CEO or office manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
